Home Support Framework Provider for East/NN4 PCNs

Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint a number of framework providers to deliver home support services in each Primary Care Network (PCN). The intention is that these providers will deliver 30% of the hours and the remaining 70% will be delivered by a Principal Provider (appointed through a separate procurement) for the PCN. This procurement is split into 3 lots, which covers the PCNs in East of Norfolk and NN4: o Great Yarmouth and Northern Villages (4 Framework Providers) o Gorleston (2 Framework Providers) o NN4 (2 Framework Providers) Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council`s e-procurement system. Delivery Notes This contract concerns home support provision in the East and NN4. The framework is for 10 years. The value included is estimate ( as need will fluctuate) over the 10 year period, does not include VAT and does not include price increases that maybe agreed by the Council.
