GMMC 23-24 Asset Programme The GMMC Asset Performance (AP) team have allocated funding under the 23/24 FCRM Capital Recondition (RECON) Capital GiA allocation. A list of assets has been identified and Scope of works documents developed. The Scope of works would require the Contractor to undertake works of a “Minor Civils” nature including: • Detailed design. • FRAP Application. • Spillway refurbishment. • Vegetation clearance. • Concrete crack repair. • Fence and barrier replacement. • Embankment infill.
