Tender description

Conwy County Borough Council wishes to commission a suitably qualified organisation to co-ordinate and deliver a Family and Relationship Counselling Service as part of the Children and Communities grant – Families First programme. The Families First programme is part of the Welsh Government’s Children and Communities grant (CCG) which aims to address the support needs of the most vulnerable children and adults in our communities through a range of early intervention, prevention and support mechanisms. It will seek to mitigate or remove disadvantage to vulnerable people to enable them to have the same life chances as others, and therefore contribute to a more equal Wales. The Service covered by this Invitation to Tender is required to work with family units across Conwy who are accessing support from Conwy’s Family Support Teams and are in need of Family and Relationship Counselling. The Service will aim to work within the following model for Family Relationship Support in Conwy; Level 1: Peer support from family, friends and community Level 2: Family Support Worker support in each Family Centre area Level 3: Family Counselling for complex family relationship issues Level 4: Family Group Conferencing The detailed requirements for the Family and Relationship Counselling Service are detailed in the full Invitation to Tender, and the Tender Specification and Instructions to Tenderers documents. Nod y gwasanaeth fydd gweithio o fewn y model canlynol ar gyfer Cefnogi Perthnasau Teuluoedd yng Nghonwy; Lefel 1: Cefnogaeth gan gymheiriaid o deuluoedd, ffrindiau a chymunedau Lefel 2: Cefnogaeth Gweithiwr Cefnogi Teuluoedd ymhob ardal Canolfan Deuluoedd Lefel 3: Cwnsela i Deuluoedd ar gyfer materion perthnasau teuluoedd cymhleth Lefel 4: Cynhadledd Grŵp Teulu Mae gofynion manwl ar gyfer Gwasanaeth Cam-Drin Domestig ar gyfer cyflawnwyr wedi’u nodi yn y dogfennau Gwahoddiad i Dendro, y Manyleb Dendro a Chyfarwyddiadau i Gynigwyr.
