DESTINATION PRESS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES – FRANCE

Tender description

The Paris office of Tourism Ireland requires the services of Public Relations Consultancy Agency to work effectively on a day-to-day basis with the local Tourism Ireland team in designing and implementing an innovative annual programme of proactive Public Relations for the French market that aims to gain standout positive media coverage in targeted media outlets and positions the island of Ireland as a must-visit holiday destination, in alignment with our Corporate Strategy and Marketing Roadmap. The Contract Period will be for three [3] years, subject to budget and annual performance review, and other factors. The contract will take effect on the Commencement Date, with a six (6) month probationary period during which time Tourism Ireland may, at its sole discretion, terminate with one (1) month’s prior notice. Tourism Ireland may, at its sole discretion, and, subject to budget, satisfactory performance and other factors, extend annually for up to two [2] further years. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence on 1st January 2024. PLEASE NOTE: IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER HAS AN OPERATIONAL BASE IN THE GREATER PARIS AREA. LOCAL SUPPLIERS IN FRANCE WILL BE INFORMED OF THIS TENDER OPPORTUNITY.
