Corporate Insurance Contract

Tender description

The London Borough of Enfield are looking to re-tender their Corporate and Leasehold Insurances, start dates for both contracts are 1st  April 2024.  As part of this process we are engaging with the market to see which providers would be interested in bidding.  We are looking for Corporate Insurance which includes Property, Casualty, Motor Fleet, Fidelity Guarantee, Group Personal Accident & Travel,  Contract Works and fine arts/all risks and Leasehold Insurance.   With regards to the Leasehold Insurance the council have to provide the opportunity of consultation with the Leaseholders.    The council are looking at several options of the route to market, open procedure, call off from a framework provider, whether to do two separate tenders to arrive at two separate contracts or to incorporate the Leasehold in the same procurement process as the Corporate by dividing the requirement into two lots.   Feedback from the suppliers would be very much welcomed.
