Tender description

The University undertook a procurement exercise for the provision of library acoustic pods to be used for recording teaching material, online meetings and collaborative group working. The University was seeks the provision of: Acoustic pods to be used for recording teaching material and for online meetings and collaborative group working. Pods must have their own lighting and ventilation systems activated by sensors for energy efficiency. Must be fitted with power sockets, USB charging and allow for network cables to run through. Must have a certified high acoustic rating of 32dB or better. The pods should be portable to allow ease of movement to a different location following initial assembly. External surface must be able to take vinyl graphic for University branding. 4-person capacity pods should have built in furniture. 8-person capacity pods should have enough room for a meeting table and 8 chairs.
