VAWDASV Survivors Service

Tender description

Conwy County Borough Council wishes to commission a suitably qualified organisation to co-ordinate and deliver a Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (VAWDASV) Service with key focus on working with Survivors of VAWDASV including Adults, Children and Young People as part of the Children and Communities grant – Families First programme. The Families First programme is part of the Welsh Government’s Children and Communities grant (CCG) which aims to address the support needs of the most vulnerable children and adults in our communities through a range of early intervention, prevention and support mechanisms. It will seek to mitigate or remove disadvantage to vulnerable people to enable them to have the same life chances as others, and therefore contribute to a more equal Wales. The Service covered by this Invitation to Tender is required to work with anyone who has experienced, or may be currently experiencing, any aspect of VAWDASV. The Service will aim to work along the following model; Prevention, Support During and Rebuilding, in line with Conwy’s Early Intervention and Prevention approach. Bydd yn ceisio lleihau neu dynnu'r anfantais i bobl ddiamddiffyn, er mwyn eu galluogi i gael yr un cyfleoedd mewn bywyd ag eraill, ac felly cyfrannu tuag at Gymru sy’n fwy cyfartal. Mae angen i’r gwasanaeth sydd wedi’i gynnwys yn y gwahoddiad i dendro, weithio gydag unrhyw un sydd wedi profi, neu yn profi ar hyn o bryd, unrhyw agwedd o VAWDASV. Nod y gwasanaeth yw gweithio ar hyd y model canlynol; Atal, Cefnogaeth yn Ystod ac Ailadeiladu, yn unol â dull Ymyrraeth Gynnar ac Atal Conwy. Mae gofynion manwl ar gyfer Gwasanaeth Cam-Drin Domestig ar gyfer Goroeswyr wedi’u nodi yn y dogfennau Gwahoddiad i Dendro, y Manyleb Dendro a Chyfarwyddiadau i Gynigwyr.
