The provision TC994 - Special Educational Needs & Disability (SEND) Mediation and Disagreement Resolution Services The Children and Families Act (2014), Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Regulations (2014) and the SEND Code of Practice (2014) require local authorities and health commissioners to provide Disagreement Resolution and Mediation Services in order to promote early resolution of disputes through non-judicial means. Children with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) are front and centre of GMs priorities.
