Tender description

Project is to dewater the Colliery waste tip by completing the construction of an already partially completed concrete Canvas/ Block stone Drainage channel which runs along the toe of the tip. An existing historical culvert is believed to cross Swansea Road at a depth thought to be around 3.0m in depth. The Culvert is of construction unknown to us but it has been buried in various materials for many years and as such requires exploratory excavations to uncover the culvert and remedial works accordingly. Ffordd Abertawe – Gwaith y Lofa – Gwaredu dŵr o dip gwastraff y lofa drwy gwblhau Canfas / Sianel Ddreinio goncrit sydd bron â’i chwblhau sydd yn rhedeg gerllaw troed y tip gwastraff. Mae cwlfert hanesyddol yn croesi Ffordd Abertawe, mewn dyfnder o oddeutu 3.0m. Nid yw’n wybyddus beth yw gwneuthuriad y cwlfert ond mae wedi ei gloddio mewn nifer o ddeunyddiau ers nifer o flynyddoedd. Bydd angen archwiliad er mwyn archwilio’r cwlfert a gwneud gwaith adfer.
