Plus Dane are seeking input from the market as to what would be the most beneficial way to package and scope a potential future procurement exercise(s) for passive fire protection works to properties which have been identified through fire risk assessments. Lot 1: Passive fire protection works to properties which have been identified through fire risk assessments. The types of works undertaken will generally include the following, repair of fire doors and frames, replacement of fire doors and frames, fire stopping works, including: wall penetrations, around pipework / services, holes / gaps in walls, compartmentation of roof / ceiling voids, fire proofing riser cupboards, making good to fire compartmentation walls / ceilings / floors, fire compartmentation surveys, provision of fire signage, repairs to external cladding / fire barriers.
