Prior information notice - Pre-Tender Market Engagement - Regional Service User Network for Adult Service Users and Service User Groups in Northern Ireland (Substance Use Services) Lot 1: This contract will be awarded on behalf of the Public Health Agency (PHA) in Northern Ireland. It will be for the provision of a Regional Service User Network for Adult Service Users and Service User Groups in Northern Ireland (Substance Use Services). The aim of the Network is to connect groups and individuals with lived and living experience of substance use. Offering support, information exchange, improved communication, contacts, advice on good practice and a regional voice to influence the planning, implementation and evaluation of substance services across Northern Ireland. The purpose of this PIN is to raise awareness of an upcoming procurement and gauge the level of interest in the provision of such services. Also, to make potential Providers aware, in advance of the publication of the tender, key service requirements and the introduction of Northern Ireland Procurement Policy Notes (PPN) relating to Social Value that may apply to this tender & Human Rights that will be included in any future Tender.
