Leicester City Council ("the Council") are commencing a formal process to obtain market intelligence on offerings in the market on both commercial off the shelf solutions as well as any build offerings in the MS Power platform (or alternate) in relation to an interactive e-form with the capability to collate feedback, respond using a rating scale, accessibility for hyperlinks and exemplar forms. This e-form is to be commissioned by Leicester City's Special Educational Needs and Disability Support Service (SENDSS). SENDSS will be the owner of the solution. Its purpose is to gather inclusion data from all schools in Leicester - (infant through to colleges). School senior leaders and Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators (SENCos) will be the users.
