Power BI Data Insights: Automation of performance and management information reporting

Tender description

The Force has implemented the use of Power BI reporting for the following reporting areas through the use of dashboards created from data held in our crime recording system: - Crime and Incident - Custody - Stop and Search - Vulnerability - Use of Force - Overdue Tasks There are a number of limitations with the current approach: Data is static and does not give the flexibility to self-serve Not all the data may be readily available and requires resource to identify Data is not modelled efficiently for reporting and requires manual input The Force is looking to bring all management information and data together into a centralised data repository. Data from the source systems will be modelled in a way to allow users to self-serve and have the flexibility to drill into the data to gain further insights. The solution will, ideally, need to be an Azure environment solution and capable of operating in other leading cloud environments. City of London Police is a Microsoft organisation and technical solutions must be fully aligned with this technology stack.
