The Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (the Client) is issuing this invitation to tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of Fire Door Inspections to the Client's property (The service) The Client requires a Contractor to undertake annual inspections only of the fire rated door sets at its property. The contract term is 24 months ending on 30 November 2025, with a potential one year extension, taking the maximum permissible end date to 30 November 2026, meaning the service period may be extended to a maximum of 36 months.
