National Angling Strategic Services Contract 3 (NASS3) 12 months +1 +1 +1 Lot 1: The contract is split into 3 lots covering the following activities:-<br/>• recruiting and retaining more anglers, who can experience the health and wellbeing benefits of the sport,<br/>• providing expert advice on tackling non-native or invasive species, reducing predation, administering a project fund and supporting the upskilling of clubs,<br/>• building effective enforcement partnerships with the police, angling clubs and fishery owners through the Voluntary Bailiff Service and Building Bridges project (aimed at educating and integrating migrant anglers about England’s angling laws and rules).
