Market Engagement for Generation Five Technical Resources Framework 2024-2028

Tender description

The Technical Resources Framework 5th Generation 2024 - 2028 (TRF 5) is designed to provide the Hampshire County Council and Participating Authorities with the provision of temporary specialist technical resources associated with the in-house delivery of projects. The resources will predominantly work within the following sectors: • Highways engineering (including design, maintenance and construction management) • Civil Engineering (including structural and geotechnical engineering) • Project management (in the context of highway projects) • Quantity surveying • Transport planning • Town planning • Environmental services (including EIA and ecological services) • Landscape architecture • Arboriculture services This PIN Notice is to notify interested parties of a market engagement event for the retender of the above framework. Further details of the event date and how to register can be found in the Additional Information under Section 11.2.14 of this notice. Lot 1: The Suppliers on this Framework will be made up of specialist technical recruitment agencies and secondment companies, who will supply resources on a time charge (hourly rate) basis. These Resources will be imbedded within Client teams, and their work will be managed by Client's Representative and staff members. The Framework will be available to other Participating Authorities, who can call-off from the Framework and will manage the individual call-off contracts. The Framework Agreement will be managed by Hampshire County Council through a dedicated team for day-to-day operations to ensure consistency and facilitate the sharing of best practice.
