Tender description

The LLE MAP will be a two year programme that accelerates the supply of and builds demand for individual, stackable Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ) modules ready for the launch of the Lifelong Loan Entitlement (LLE) in 2025. The programme will catalyse the delivery of individual modules of HTQs, leading to: 1) A pipeline of new modular provision ready for launch; and 2) Evidence of learner demand for HTQ modules. It will ensure some supply and test demand, and provide a better understanding of the requirements, costs and benefits of modular study, and helping build systems and processes in an iterative way towards the final LLE design. This procurement is for a grant.
