For tickets: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/gmca-uk-shared-prosperity-fund-people-skills-e37-market-engagement-tickets-713578491477?aff=oddtdtcreator As part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund programme in Greater Manchester, GMCA is looking to deliver the UKSPF People and Skills investment priority E37, which aims to offer tailored support to help people in employment to engage with the skills system, in order to gain qualifications, licences and / or skills. This procurement is worth £6m in total and will be split into 4 lots by sector: 1. Advanced Digital Skills 2. Business Productivity Skills 3. Public Services 4. Construction and Manufacturing Technical Skills This information session is designed to support interested parties to understand the specification and the procurement process. More information about the number of contracts we are seeking within each lot, the value of each lot, the intelligence behind the design of the specification, and the expected outputs and outcomes will be available during the session. This intervention is being procured using GMCA’s Education, Work and Skills Flexible Procurement System, and therefore lead providers are required to be on the FPS. There may be the opportunity to be involved in this commission as part of a supply chain working with a lead provider. GMCA anticipate that this opportunity will go out to the market before the end of September 2023, and all procurement documents will be available to view via the Chest then.
