GB-Telford: Provision of LED Light Bulbs

Tender description

You have been invited to bid for the provision of LED light bulbs to the Telford and Wrekin Council's Climate Change and Sustainability Team. More specifically, we are looking to procure in varying quantities; S12852 ENERGIZER FILAMENT LED GLS E27 7.2W 2700K; and S12851 ENERGIZER FILAMENT LED GLS E27 7.2W 2700K. We would also consider other LED bulbs of a similar price, energy efficiency, and overall quality. We are procuring LED bulbs to distribute to residents in the Borough of Telford and Wrekin to help with the ongoing cost-of-living crisis. We are unsure how long this scheme will be delivered for, and are looking for a supplier we can use to purchase LED bulbs "as and when" we require them, which may be subject to change. The contract term is 2 years but this is approximate and may be shortened or lengthened if necessary. The initial order will be two thousand bulbs but there is no guarantee of volumes/quantities. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
