GB-Cromer: PROC104 MTC Heating & Plumbing Works

The Measured Term Contract will be to carry out Plumbing & Heating works as required, to include but not limited to:- •Heating Systems •Boiler Servicing, maintenance, replacement, oil and gas. •General plumbing works •Gas testing, inspecting and certification - Gas safe Registered. •Unvented and pressurised systems - G3 Qualified •Scheduling works •To give advice, asses and supply recommendation to our insurance provider •All plumbing related electrical work are to be of BSE7671 standard and must hold either NICEIC or ECA, all work to be certificated BSE7671 and up to date with current wiring editions. •Desirable to be qualified in heat pump systems. Additional information: Please note that there is no guarantee of spend, the spend will not exceed the Threshold for Works. The works are for up to a value of £15k per instance.
