Framework for the provision of Floor Covering Installation Works for South Tyneside Homes / South Tyneside Council

Tender description

South Tyneside Council / South Tyneside Homes wish to establish a framework for floor installation works with up to three contractors to deliver the works for South Tyneside Homes properties as one off jobs as and when required. This could also include the potential for a scheme of planned works, therefore the option to complete a mini competition / quotation process between all contractors to ensure best value for a larger scheme will be required. South Tyneside Council also reserve the right to call off from the framework for one off jobs as and when require including any planned works. Keywords: installation, works, flooring
