Tender description

The Council requires a s system or software package that enables Haringey Council to: Provide live reporting and updates on compliance activities across all 6 key compliance areas, initially including but not limited to • Fire Risk and Fire Safety (Assessments and Equipment) • Landlord Gas Safety certificates and PPMs • Electrical Inspection Reports • Asbestos Reinspection • Lift thorough inspection and maintenance inspections • Water Risk Assessments and management of legionella. The system will: Help manage and allocate actions and capture ownership, and reporting evidence of action completion.
