Tender description

To support delivery of the AMR Project, the National Nuclear Laboratory will soon be seeking support from the supply chain to undertake the below scope under 5 work packages. WP1 (EC&I) - Deliverables • Review UK known EC&I standards and update with latest issue or additions. • Review equivalent Japanese standards and tabulate equivalents/group similar topics/reference gaps. • Provide brief overview of Japanese standard/hierarchy and tabulated standards in a report. • Provide comparative narrative for gap/omissions/overlaps where possible. • References, Links, Acronyms and Abbreviations to be included in report. • Issue above report in English on NNL UK HTGR template. WP2 (Fire) - Deliverables • Review UK known Fire standards and update with latest issue or additions. • Review equivalent Japanese standards and tabulate equivalents/group similar topics/reference gaps. • Provide brief overview of Japanese standard/hierarchy and tabulated standards in a report. • Provide comparative narrative for gap/omissions/overlaps. • References, Links, Acronyms and Abbreviations to be included in report. • Issue above report in English on NNL UK HTGR template. WP3 (Nuclear Regulation) - Deliverables • Review equivalent Japanese regulator standards and tabulate equivalents/group similar topics/reference gaps. • Provide brief overview of Japanese regulation hierarchy and tabulated standards in a report. • References, Links, Acronyms and Abbreviations to be included in report. • Issue above report in English on NNL UK HTGR template. WP4 (Quality) - Deliverables • Identify/review list of JEAC Quality standards eg JEAC4111. • Review literature/compare JEAC standards identified with ISO 9001 and ASME NQA-1. • Provide brief overview of Japanese quality standards/hierarchy and alignment, tabulated standards in a report. • References, Links, Acronyms and Abbreviations to be included in report. • Issue above report in English on NNL UK HTGR template. WP5 (H&S) - Deliverables • Review UK known H&S standards and update with latest issue or additions. • Review equivalent Japanese standards and tabulate equivalents/group similar topics/reference gaps. • Provide brief overview of Japanese standard/hierarchy and tabulated standards in a report. • References, Links, Acronyms and Abbreviations to be included in report. • Issue above report in English on NNL UK HTGR template.
