Tender description

AHDB wish to procure pig farm physical data gathered from across Great Britain. AHDB intend to procure a Contract to a successful Supplier for the provision of pig farm physical data gathered from across Great Britain, the successful supplier will be required to deliver data in order for AHDB to be able to provide to the pig industry as well as ensuring value for money for levy payers is provided. Requirements are: • Independent and publicly available snapshot of the physical performance of GB pig enterprises. • Monitored trends in the efficiency and performance of GB pig farming and comparisons to international competitors. • A source of key physical performance indicators for levy payers to benchmark against. • Identified key technical topics that we understand to be affecting levy payers. • Analysis of pig enterprise data providing insight of key enterprise drivers and feed in to AHDB strategy, R&D (Research & Development) and KT (Knowledge Transfer) activity.
