Tender description
The Framework Agreement will cover the County of Nottinghamshire, including the City of Nottingham. It will be available for any relevant public body to utilise within Nottinghamshire, including the following: • NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire • Nottinghamshire County Council • Nottingham City Council The Service will deliver young carers support services for young people providing unpaid care. Support will be provided in a personalised, holistic fashion based on the presenting needs of the individual working in collaboration with a range of services and voluntary sector providers to meet needs and outcomes.
