Tender description
The Contract is for the construction of 5 new social housing dwellings together with associated site development and engineering works. All the units built under this contract must have ‘Secured By Design’ and ‘Lifetime Homes’ accreditation. 3no. 5-person/3-bedroom 3-storey terraced houses and 2No 5person/3 bedroom 3-storey semi-detached houses. The contract period will be approximately 18 months from date of award and is scheduled to start before the end of March 2024.
