Urgent work required to remove a dangerous boiler from Rhyl CRS and install electrical heating, currently the site has no active heating as the boiler has been notified as dangerous following a recent inspection and is using temporary heating which is impacting the current fire risk assessment for the site.The proposed contractor is in area and therefore can respond in a timely, more cost-efficient manner ment for the site.
