Procurement of a Development Partner for the Regeneration of North Quay Riverside Gateway

Tender description

The Contracting Authority is proposing to procure a development partner to design and deliver a scheme for the mixed-use regeneration of the North Quay area of Great Yarmouth Lot 1: The Contracting Authority intends to conduct a Competitive Dialogue procurement in accordance with Reg. 30 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended) for the procurement of a development partner in connection with the Contracting Authority’s plans for regeneration of the North Quay area of Great Yarmouth. The Contracting Authority envisages a mixed use re-development comprising residential, commercial, leisure and public-realm development. Additional information: This PIN Notice is to give the market early warning of a proposed procurement for Great Yarmouth and to alert the market to the Council’s Developer Awareness Event on 13th September 2023 which will set out the development objectives for delivery of the scheme.
