South Ayrshire Council is undertaking a market scoping exercise, under Regulation 40 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, seeking notes of interest from suitably experienced and competent Service Providers for the Provision of a Taxi and Private Hire Testing Service to ensure that MOT’s, licensing inspections and meter tests for taxis and private hire vehicles, operating in South Ayrshire, are completed.
