Offshore wind farm impacts on seabirds - baseline estimates in UK waters

The aim of the project is to collate data on UK offshore wind farm (OWF) specifications and density data for key seabird species within those wind farms, to evaluate the quality of the different sources of seabird data, to carry out impact assessments for all UK OWFs using both consented and as-built turbine array parameters, and to apportion the impacts to UK SPA colonies.
