Tender description

Bord na Mona Plc requires Ortho-photography and LiDAR of some of its landbank in East Galway (Circa 780 Ha) plus a small buffer(200m), for the purposes of ecological and engineering mapping. The desired product needs to be a minimum of 25cm resolution RGB Ortho imagery supplied as .TIFF or JP2 and CIR and cloud free. Main Specifications are • LiDAR point density ppm= 8ppm minimum • Imagery GSD (resolution)= 25cm • Area = as per the attached GIS coverage files (780 Ha). Can the supplier incorporate a 200m buffer around the extents of each bog. • Survey period= September to January 2024, deliverables provided on a phased basis between Sept 2023 and Jan 2024. Deliverables- 1. 50cm resolution DTM (bare earth model) 2. 50cm resolution DSM (bare earth + canopy model) 3. 25cm resolution RGB ortho imagery supplied as .TIFF or JP2 4. Classified LAS data 5. Grid projection = ITM95 (EPSG CODE 2157) 6. Survey report 7. Survey accuracy= +/-100mm RMSE on hard surfaces
