MCC PSDP and Design Service – Greenway Ancillary Infrastructure: Ch 500m Trailhead, Achill Sound, Co. Mayo.

Mayo County Council is seeking PSDP, Design Services and a construction cost estimate for the following ancillary infrastructure at the Ch 500m Trailhead: a) Detailed Topographical Survey of Ch 500m Trailhead. The survey must capture all features required for (b) below. b) Produce fully dimensioned as-built drawing of (a) showing all detail described in the RFT document. c) E-Bike charging: Detailed drawings and specification for Charging point with parking and locking possibility for two Electric Bicycles. Liaise with ESB to identify electricity supply and design the connection. Complete corresponding ESB electrical supply connection application form and follow through entire procedures as Agent for Mayo County Council, including all maps, drawings, proposed connection details etc. d) Shelter: Detailed drawings and specification for Shelter covering one Picnic Table and two Benches. Detailed drawings and specification for Shelter from wind. e) Water Point: Detailed drawings and specification for Drinking Water Source outside, accessible 24/7. Complete corresponding Liaise with Irish Water to identify water supply and design the connection. Complete Irish Water drinking water connection application form and follow through their entire procedures as Agent for Mayo County Council, including all maps, drawings, proposed connection details etc. f) Toilets: Detailed drawings and specification for two accessible dry Toilets, Baby changing facilities. g) Bicycle Repair: Detailed drawings and specification for Bike Repair Station including Air Pump, Bicycle Mount, Set of tools for basic repairs: Allen keys, fork wrench set, screwdrivers, spoke spanner, chain tool. h) Accessible Cycle Parking: Detailed drawings and specification for four parking places for accessible cycles. i) Accessible Car Parking: Detailed drawings and specification for one additional accessible parking spot for every 20 additional spaces (or greater as determined). j) Overall Proposed Site Layout: Superimpose proposed design layout for (c) – (i) onto as-built drawing (b) above.
