Tender description

To provide Archaeological Consultancy Services for the supervised and monitored reduced level dig to formation level at the Orchard site in order to de-risk the site from an archaeological perspective in advance of the proposed redevelopment of the site. This will be a standalone enabling works contract in advance of the main works contract for the construction of residential accommodation on the site. Please note a separate tender competition is running in parallel for the appointment of a civils works contractor to undertake the works under the supervision of the appointed Archaeologist.
