Tender description

This Prior information notice is to inform the market of the intention to re-open the existing Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) the Learning Disabilities and Autism Supported Living Care services Framework. The ICB has a requirement for an increased number of service providers to support greater capacity to meet the needs of individuals whilst ensuring minimum quality standards. The ICB is seeking expressions of interest from providers, in addition to those already contracted to provide supported living care. This is not a formal call for competition at this stage. Lot 1: This re-opening of the procurement process will replicate the original procurement process and is for new potential providers only. Currently contracted providers do not need to take any action. Contracts awarded as a result of this re-opening of the procurement process will be on the same terms and conditions as the current contracts. A detailed response is not required from interested providers at this stage, we are compiling a list of interested providers, although we will endeavour to answer any questions raised. A further tender advertisement will be issued at the appropriate time, and this will include the service specification and evaluation award criteria. You will not be disadvantaged in any subsequent tender process if you choose not to contact us at this time. Additional information: This tender relates to the care and support element only and not the provision of housing or accommodation. Care packages are required for people with learning disabilities and autism currently living in the community or at the planning stages for those who will be living, in the near future, in their own self-contained accommodation as tenants.
