Tender description

This tender is for the instruction of a consultant/contractor to undertake the supply and installation of environmental sensors, data analysis, and presentation in accordance with the tender requirements, and all associated works, etc. for the Employer, Tuath Housing Association CLG. Supply and installation of environmental sensors, data analysis, and presentation in accordance with the tender requirements to provide early identification and warning of environmental conditions within properties that may result in increased condensation formation to the external fabric, both interstitially, and on the internal surfaces of same that could result in property damage, the conditions for mould growth and/or continuous dampness issues, along with ongoing recording of data to same. A goods contract will be used to govern the procurement of the goods specified. A services framework agreement will be used to govern the delivery of the specified services by the successful tenderer.
