Work done so far None Which phase the project is in Not applicable Existing team None Address where the work will be done DWP Digital Manchester Corporate Hub, 2 St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 3AA Working arrangements The supplier staff will keep DWP Digital team hours based within the Manchester office primarily, in order to maximise knowledge transfer and integrate with team development processes: Monday to Friday Expenses will be capped at £5,000 for the duration of the contract and all travel and subsistence will require prior approval. The approach to this work will be to engage an individual or small team with the relevant expertise to engage with relevant stakeholders & interested parties, over a period of 4 to 6 weeks. They are particularly interested in how their operating model compares with similar organisations and wish evaluate their current operating model to ensure best use of resources. Where the supplied staff will work North West England Why the work is being done Technology Services has a large workforce which is a mix of permanent staff, third party resources and outcome based delivery provided by external suppliers, they are looking to have their current operating model evaluated with recomendations made which highlight the most efficient and cost effective way of delivering their responsibilities over the next 2 -3 years.
