City of Wolverhampton Council are looking for a partner to provide executive coaching and facilitate team building and management and leadership development sessions for our senior leadership team and services to embed transformation and change – truly understanding our Lumina Spark psychometric profiles, behaviours and equipping us with the behaviours and skills to effectively respond to pivotal situations. We are looking for a partner organisation who understands how local authorities work and have an established, credible and proven track record of delivering this activity within the public sector, with Lumina and achieving positive outcomes.
