Tender description
The project shall comprise of the demolition and site clearance of the noted property, removal of all ground slabs and substructures, footpaths and all related redundant services. Upon completion of the noted demolition, all voids shall be filled and fully compacted to adjacent ground levels and general grading of the site carried out. The site area shall be fully tidied and secured as required by the client upon completion. The client is desirous that the use of controlled explosives be used to demolish the noted structures, however the final agreed methodology and associated timescale for the demolition of the structures shall be proposed by the tenderer and must demonstrate that it is feasible, economical and most particularly safe and be shown throughout to be environmentally acceptable and most importantly must not impinge dramatically on the daily working of the surrounding community.
