Tender description

The tender consists of the supply and installation of Curtain Walling. The project is located in Buckle Close, Marsh Farm, Luton, Bedfordshire LU3 3SZ. The contractor will be required to: 1) Carry out design works as necessary. 2) Supply & Fix deliver to site, Comar, or Kawneer. 3) Install on site including organising and managing any lifting. 4) Leave site clear and clean for other works to follow. 5) Provide all supervision and preliminaries as required. Welfare, water and electricity will be provided by the client. The contractor will be expected to ascertain all site and access requirements and issues prior to submission of their tender.
