Tender description

This contract is to provide energy efficiency measures and materials to residents living in Hammersmith and Fulham who are struggling with the cost of energy bills. The measures provided are intended to improve the energy efficiency of homes, and the contract is to act as a third party for the Council to deliver these to residents. The scheme is primarily DIY measures that residents can self-install. The Specification at Volume Two sets out the Council's requirements for the provision of the Services.
