Tender description

The Council are about to embark on a 3-year Housing Capital Programme. As such the Council are looking to procure a two-year programme for Windows & Doors renewals with an option to extend for a further year based on performance. The aim of the Windows and Doors project is to deliver renewals to various addresses across the London Borough of Harrow. The result of this will be better energy efficiency and lower fuel bills for our residents along with better fire security.
