The provision of Employee Assistance Services and Critical Incident Stress Management support on behalf of CIÉ and two of its operating companies; Bus Éireann and Iarnród Eireann for its workforce

This is a call to competition by IE on behalf of Córas Iompair Éireann and two of its operating companies; Bus Éireann and Iarnród Éireann, for the provision of employee assistance services for its workforce of approximately 8000 employees located throughout Ireland. The Employee Assistance Programme service is for the provision of a short-term, focused, confidential, counselling service for employees of CIE Group companies to help them resolve personal and/or work-related problems that may affect health, well-being, and performance at work in accordance with the further requirements below. It also involves the provision of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) support for Iarnród Éireann and, Bus Éireann in the event of a critical incident on the rail or bus network.
