Tender description
Civil and Structural Engineering Services associated with Historic Fabric upgrade and repairs to the National Library of Ireland West Wing external envelope incl. roof, stone, windows and internal fabric. Alterations, reuse and removal of internal cast iron storage structure. Provision of new glazed circulation building to the rear with stair, access bridges, storage and evacuation lift. Full new M and E Installation. Fire and structural upgrade works and alterations, provision of new internal stairs. Fitout of existing floors to provide exhibition spaces, public facilities, education, and retail.
