Supply of Street Litter Bins

Tender description

We require two types of street litter bins as follows: Lot 1 dual chamber Litter bins to promote recycling on the go to the following specification: • Between 90 and 120 litres capacity per chamber. • Aperture to the front and rear of each chamber. • Fixing points to each aperture to allow for the installation of a removable restrictive plate with a round hole to promote the disposal of cans and plastic bottles. • To include 2x restrictive plates with round hole per bin (not fitted) • The top of the bin must be sloped, peaked, domed or otherwise not flat. • To have a minimum A4 size smooth surface to front and rear of each chamber to allow for the installation of signage. • To include cigarette stubbing plate • To include galvanized steel liners • To be appropriate for placing against a wall or within a walkway Lot 2 Single chamber 240 litre wheelie bin housing to the following specification • To retain 240 Wheelie bin. • Rectangular aperture to the front only. • Fixing points to the aperture to allow for the installation of a removable restrictive plate with a round hole to promote the disposal of cans and plastic bottles. • To include 15x restrictive plates with round holes (not fitted) • The top of the bin must be sloped, peaked, domed or otherwise not flat. • To have a minimum A3 size smooth surface to all sides to allow for the installation of self-adhesive vinyl signage. • Supply of wheelie bins is not required in this tender.
