Bernicia are looking for a contractor to provide some essential upgrade works to Sinclair Meadows, South Shields, NE33 5AB Sinclair Meadows was the UK's first carbon negative streets and is made up of 21 houses and apartments. We are looking for a contractor to undertake works to replace the existing roof and upgrade the external cladding.
