Request for Tender – Inclusion on Panel For the Provision of Maintenance, Servicing and Repair of Vehicles in the KARE Bus Fleet

Kare owns and operates a fleet of 48 minibuses which have specific adaptations to cater for the transport requirements of our service users. The buses are of mixed make and models, a full list of the current fleet is contained in the appendices section of this document. The maintenance, servicing and repair of our bus fleet is critical in ensuring Kare provides its service users with a safe and reliable form of transport. KARE invites you to provide a tender for Inclusion on a Panel for the Provision of Maintenance, Servicing and Repair of Vehicles in the Kare Bus Fleet. As part of this tender competition we are also seeking the provision of mobile mechanic services for the performance of quarterly roadworthy checks to all vehicles in the Kare bus fleet. Kare will seek to engage with approximately 5 service providers across the Kildare, West Wicklow and East Offaly areas, to ensure the geographical spread of their vehicles is covered from a servicing, repairs and maintenance perspective.
