Citizens Advice South East Wales is required to commission an individual or company to develop a PR Strategy and PR Campaign which will assist CASEW in raising its profile and awareness among key stakeholders. This will include: a) Understanding where we are now b) Understanding where we want to be (setting objectives) c) Identifying who we need to reach (prioritising target audience) d) Working out how to reach them (target media, channels) e) Clarifying what we need to say to them (tone of voice, key messages, content) f) Creating a delivery plan g) Identifying how we can monitor the plan’s effectiveness The individual or company will be required to: a) Develop the PR strategy and delivery plan b) Implement elements of the plan e.g. write content
