\r Bolton at Home require one service provider for the provision of Energy Performance Surveys and Certification to Bolton at Home Domestic Properties. The scope is to survey and provide Energy Performance Certification to Bolton at Home Void, Right-to-Buy/Right-to-Acquire and limited ad hoc domestic properties. \r \r The Contract start date is expected to commence on 1st August 2023. \r Social Value is applicable to this tender.\r \r The supplier will be required to submit a supplier questionnaire and will be evaluated on a PASS/FAIL basis. THERE ARE SOME SPECIFIC PASS/FAIL QUESTIONS IN SECTION 7 OF THE SELECTION QUESTIONNAIRE THAT ARE SPECIFIC TO THIS TENDER EXERCISE AND RELATE TO THE SPECIFICATION. \r \r The tender will be evaluated using 40 % Price and 60 % Quality. \r \r The initial contract term is for a period of one year with the option to extend annually for 2 x 1year periods (Total term 3 years). \r \r Please note the deadline for clarification questions is 13th June 2023. \r \r Tender documents are available with unrestricted and full direct access free of charge via the chest portal, reference DN 642993. www.the-chest.org.uk\r \r \r
