Tender description

This project’s primary objective is to digitise the independent custody visitor scheme process. The current process is manual and intensive on staff resource time. Furthermore, there are inherent risks in this process: it can be vulnerable to human input error and accidental omission of data and is reliant on postal services, which causes a delay. In addition, the current system provides limited opportunity to identify thematic and systemic issues across Police Scotland custody.
