Tender description

North View Housing Association Ltd is a Registered Social Landlord, established in 1993 and operating in Castlemilk, Glasgow. It owns 695 rented flats/houses and provides factoring services to 81 owners (including two shared ownership properties). The Association is seeking suitably experienced and qualified firms to submit a quality/price tender to provide Finance Services. This notice is one of two separate notices issued - this one for quality assessment and another for price assessment. Candidates must respond to both notices, noting that the quality and price submissions have different deadline dates. Refer Brief- Quality will be scored out of 100 for your TQQ submission, which may be adjusted following interviews if we consider these to be required. There are threshold [pass/fail] questions and a maximum of 100 marks available, refer marking breakdown stated at each question.
